A 4% surcharge applies to all credit/debit card payments (minimum 500 ฿).
To save water on the island, you are welcome to reuse your towels. Prefer a fresh set every other day? Just tell reception or housekeeping — we are happy to follow your wish. Otherwise, they are changed daily.
Pool towels stay with the pool and are not changed every day.
If a towel cannot be restored, a small 300 ฿ care contribution may apply. Thank you for helping us look after them.
If linen is torn or stained beyond cleaning, a 1,000 ฿ care contribution may apply. Thank you for your understanding.
When you leave the bungalow, please take the key with you so the air conditioning turns off. This helps us save energy together.
If the air-con is left running while you are out → 1,000 ฿
Rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside, on the terrace in front of the bungalows (smoking area).
Leaving very early the next day, before breakfast? Tell reception the evening before — we will gladly prepare a little breakfast to take with you.
A complimentary glass bottle is in your bungalow, refilled every day — our small step against plastic waste. When it is empty, just leave it on the desk: we will refill it with pleasure.
If the bottle is missing at departure, a 40 ฿ contribution helps us replace it.
Staying more than 3 weeks? Ask at reception — a kinder weekly rate can often be arranged for scooters.
Report a room issue (AC, light, water…). We will help quickly.
